Overview: Restoration of antique steam engines, sawmill, and other vintage equipment. Schedule jobs and build timelines for job completions. Enter work orders into Dynastar for all work being done.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Lead the development of cost benefit analysis, return on investment forecasts, project proposals, project charters, risk analysis, project schedules and ensures actual results are tracked for large complex projects.</li> <li>Spec and order parts as needed.</li> <li>Identifies and establishes stakeholders and appropriate project governance.</li> <li>Identifies appropriate project team resources and ensures appropriate staff are secured.</li> <li>Clearly communicates roles and expectations to project teams.</li> <li>Escalate issues to stakeholders and project teams and recommend solutions.</li> <li>Creates and delivers information at appropriate level for audience, including presentations and status updates.</li> <li>Recognizes risk triggers and clearly communicates situation to project teams, sponsors and stakeholders.</li> <li>Ensures the continuing effectiveness of current systems through appropriate testing and modification.</li> <li>Facilitates training and ensures proper handoff once project is deemed to be complete.</li> <li>Willing to travel as needed.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <br />
Requirements: <ul> <li>Computer skills.</li> <li>Dynastar experience preferred.</li> <li>Fabrication, welding, machinist skills.</li> <li>Painting and pin striping skills.</li> <li>Woodworking skills.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of steam and steam safety.</li> <li>CDL.<br /><br /><br /></li> </ul> <p>As a condition of employment, Idaho Forest Group requires employees to complete a variety of pre-employment screening processes which may include, but are not limited to: criminal background check, drug and substance test, reference check, prior work verification, driving history (MVR), education verification, aptitude/skills testing, and credit checks. Sit and/or stand for shift, reach with hands and arms, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull, maintain balance, bend at the waist, kneel, walk varying distances, and climb stairs.
