Solutions include intelligent process automation, managed IT and cloud services, print &amp; document management as well as branding &amp; marketing (ES99).&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong></p> <p>An account supervisor plays a critical role in the client relationship, acting as a strategic partner to our client as well as our internal creative &amp; development teams. Our approach to client relationships is through being a &ldquo;trusted partner&rdquo; in helping to understand and guide brands and marketing efforts to businesses.<br /><br /></p> <p>In this role, you are responsible for translating clients&rsquo; business challenges or needs to actionable brand/marketing strategies. You also proactively identify opportunities for our clients while partnering with team members internally to create solutions. You are accountable to manage the full delivery of the scope of work with standards of quality and accuracy within timelines and on budget.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Account Supervisor is the main client contact who, along with the Project Manager when applicable, will orchestrate all resources including internal teams, external vendors and client teams toward efficient, timely and accurate execution within the defined business and marketing objectives.</p>
Responsibilities: <br /><br /> <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <ul> <li>Translating clients&rsquo; business challenges or needs to actionable brand/marketing strategies.</li> <li>Proactively identify opportunities for our clients while partnering with team members internally to create solutions.</li> <li>Manage the full delivery of the scope of work with standards of quality and accuracy within timelines and on budget.</li> <li>Orchestrate all resources including internal teams, external vendors, and client teams toward efficient, timely, and accurate execution within the defined business and marketing objectives.</li> <li>Translate client&rsquo;s business objectives into comprehensive marketing or brand strategy plans across channels: PPC, social media, email, print, radio, POS, tradeshows, etc.</li> <li>Build strong, long-term client relationships by maintaining frequent contact with the client</li> <li>Proactively engages with internal team and clients on projects to mitigate issues, respond to clients in a timely manner and resolve issues that arise</li> <li>Manage clients&rsquo; budges and billing</li> <li>Translating client needs into an actionable brief for creative, research, or development teams</li> <li>Drive and facilitate client and internal meetings and proactively prepare team for meetings/presentations to ensure brief is being met</li> <li>Ensure quality on client deliverables for accuracy</li> <li>Foster a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment through clear, decisive, confident, and respectful communication</li> <li>Oversight of Jr. account/project manager</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job">&nbsp;</div>
