Responsibilities: Provide on-site customer service, field repair, and maintenance of digital office equipment at our customer's facilities. Digital Copier Service Technicians strive to provide the highest level of customer service while making the devices run flawlessly without error. The right candidate will receive company vehicle (outside of Chicago Loop areas), gas card, laptop, cell-phone, and the freedom to manage their own territory. Impact technicians have the technical ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of mechanical, computer, and networking issues within an ever changing industry.<br /><ul><li>Mechanical/Technical/Electrical/Computer aptitude</li><li>Technical requirements, installing, troubleshooting, networking, maintaining, preventative maintenance of Digital Imaging devices within a territory </li><li>Maintain a positive, professional behavior and projects a positive and supportive image of self and Impact Networking.</li><li>Consistently displays a positive work ethic and attitude and offers ideas or solutions to successfully work through the situation at hand.</li><li>Strong Customer Service skills</li><li>Displays proper dependability considering attendance and punctuality.</li><li>Pursues an understands and vision of service goals and strategies</li><li>Responsible for managing own time, schedule and territory</li></ul>
