The goal is to get our current clients to order paper and supplies through us in addition to their current services. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new qualified leads from multiple sources including current clients, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. Through the specialized division &ndash;comprised of industry thought-leaders dedicated to employee enablement&ndash; Account Executives receive the most thorough training in the industry. Classroom instruction begins at onboarding with an extensive and rigorous one-week course called Foundations, in which Account Executives learn go-to-market strategy, solution portfolio, objection-handling, and high-level hunting techniques. In conjunction, new Account Executives receive one-on-one mentoring, online class certification, and team assimilation.</p> <p>Thereafter, the ILI leads advancing one-week courses throughout Account Executives&rsquo; first year to advance sales process mastery, sales skills, and solution expertise to springboard them to their highest potential. Have fun dialing for dollars!</li> <li>Negotiate and determine prices for the services/supplies you are selling</li> <li>Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how the impact solution will speak to those needs</li> <li>Determine budget, timeline, and scope of business with the decision maker</li> <li>Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales pipeline</li> <li>Manage data for current and prospective clients in Sherpa CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are properly attached</li> <li>Research to identify potential prospects</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div>
Requirements: The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, high level of energy, positive attitude and competitive drive to be the best. Ideal candidates are also passionate, adaptable, resourceful, highly dependable and embrace technological innovation.<ul><li>1-3 years of sales or inside sales experience a plus</li><li>Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas</li><li>A proven track record of strong client relationships</li><li>Excellent customer service skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>High degree of self-motivation </li><li>Results oriented</li></ul>
