Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Manage assigned territory</li> <li>Assist in prospecting via cold calling and phone calls for new business development.</li> <li>Assist in managing accounts and design appropriate solutions based on clients' needs.</li> <li>Coordinate projects effectively</li> <li>Conduct solutions and technology demonstrations</li> <li>Present the Impact value proposition to decision-makers</li> <li>Assist in proposal development based on assessment, recommendations, and pricing.</li> <li>Be accountable for driving business activity and results &ndash; delivering a world-class experience.</li> <li>Build long-term relationships with clients.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p>The ideal candidate will be an experienced Production and Digital Print Specialist with a self-starter attitude, excellent communication skills, positive energy, and competitive drive to be the best. The ideal candidate is also passionate, resourceful, and highly dependable and embraces technology innovation.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong>Desired Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2-5 years capital equipment outside sales experience</li> <li>Experience successfully selling into mid-sized accounts, data centers, in-plants, and commercial printing companies; and the ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of workflow environments</li> <li>Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales objectives</li> <li>Ability to communicate with other internal departments to report and resolve software, hardware, and operational issues</li> <li>Proven experience generating business with new accounts</li> <li>Proven ability to expand product/services opportunities within existing customer accounts</li> <li>Complete computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office and graphics publishing software</li> <li>Ability to train users on software and equipment usage</li> <li>Ability to consult with department managers to develop system solutions consistent with organizational objectives</li> <li>Experience with researching and evaluating new technologies</li> <li>Ability to negotiate contracts and coordinate implementation activities associated with hardware, software, support, and training</li> <li>Provide customers with the highest standard of customer service through follow up contact and consultation after the sale to protect and grow market share in assigned territory</li> <li>Maintain cooperative working relationships with all necessary departments to ensure sales are generated and processed efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction</li> <li>Contact cold and warm prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person contacts to obtain appointments for sales meetings</li> </ul>
