Overview: <p>Impact is currently seeking a Sales Talent Specialist to provide the highest level of staffing for our sales teams. The Impact Sales Talent Specialist will focus on recruitment efforts by utilizing engaging and energetic techniques. These techniques include general sourcing, prospecting, networking, campus involvement and community relations in order to attract qualified candidates for Impact. The Impact Sales Talent Specialist will spend a large amount of time on University campuses throughout the nation during the fall and spring months.</p> <p>The attitude a candidate possesses is as important as their skill set. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a high level of energy, exude a positive attitude, and will be resourceful, driven and highly dependable.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Work strategically with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and develop sourcing strategies.</li> <li>Use sourcing tools and software to administer proper recruiting pipeline.</li> <li>Continuously build a pool of candidates through prospecting, sourcing &amp; networking.</li> <li>Attend college career fairs throughout the Mid-West during the fall and spring months.</li> <li>Analyze college campus demographics and other student sources to determine how to support staffing needs.</li> <li>Identify and establish Impacts' brand throughout Mid-West based Universities.</li> <li>Nurture and further develop current University Partnerships.</li> <li>Promote Impact's image and brand on campus across the Midwest to attract students to Impact opportunities.</li> <li>Complete pre-screening processes and behavioral interviews as necessary.</li> <li>Conduct initial phone screens for all qualified candidates and take candidates through the full cycle of recruitment process.</li> <li>Collaborate with Hiring Managers to discuss upcoming needs and feedback on recent hires.</li> <li>Collaborate with Training and Human Resources to ensure that all hired candidates are on-boarded with the highest level of satisfaction and training.</li> </ul> <br />What employees get out of a career at Impact:<br /> <ul> <li>A clear path of career advancement</li> <li>Training and development with a growing department</li> <li>Clear communication of company financials, vision and goals as it relates to the role</li> <li>Recognition and promotion based on performance</li> <li>In-depth and throughout training</li> <li>Access to the C-level&mdash; open-door policy encourages direct interaction with the CEO and Partners of Impact.</li> <li>Work with a winning team&mdash; Impact is largest Independent dealer in the Greater Chicago Area and has been named Dealer of the Year twice from a national industry trade publication</li> <li>Competitive salary, benefits, 401k, Paid time off, and Paid holidays</li> </ul>
