Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package

Overview: You will be responsible for generating referrals, increasing community awareness, promoting the company&rsquo;s brand and partnering with the inside sales team to achieve optimal occupancy and revenue targets.<br /><br />You will be responsible for developing new and nurturing on-going relationships with referral agencies and community organizations. You will be attending relevant networking and marketing events in order to expand business contacts and relationships. Responsibilities: for a Business Development Specialist:</strong></p><ul><li>Producing 25% of monthly move-in goals</li><li>Generating professional referrals for all senior living product types</li><li>Drives traffic to property via local events, campaigns, networking efforts and direct Business to Business and Business to Customer exposure</li><li>Seeks new opportunities to expand our growing number of referral sources</li><li>Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with referral agencies, community/professional organizations and other sources</li><li>Follow up on referrals and cross sell other internal/external services of the Company with professionals and other referral sources</li><li>Attend relevant networking and marketing events in order to expand business contacts and leverage relationships</li><li>Maintains awareness of occupancy, overall market pricing, and all products and services for revenue goals for the company through all verticals</li><li>Use prescribed tools to track all outreach activity and results; appropriate follow up is maintained</li><li>Communicate outreach initiatives and metrics to appropriate internal partners; collaborate for continuous support to improve and optimize efforts for occupancy & health services growth</li><li>Promotes the organization in a positive manner and sets the example for organizational standards of excellence</li><li>Utilizes Salesforce CRM to manage referrals and move-in metrics</li><li>Partners with sales to achieve monthly occupancy goals</li><li>Prepares and manages all relative reports</li></ul> </div>
Requirements: for a Business Development Specialist:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience and/or training in sales and marketing for a senior living community and or in the health care industry preferred</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of the senior market and various senior living products preferred</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and complete assignments accurately; can work independently, and manage time effectively</li><li>Must exhibit a high degree of initiative and creativity, good judgment, and professional ethics</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Must be highly organized, able to prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Previous experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals</li><li>Desire to provide solutions for a wide variety of clients including clinical targets, professional audiences, and senior clientele</li><li>Aggressive sales instinct while maintaining compassion for our customers</li><li>Must possess strong leadership skills to work effectively both independently and as a team</li><li>Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for clients</li><li>Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM proficiency is desirable</li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong>
