Overview: <br />Oversee and direct maintenance personnel, equipment installation, facilities equipment repair, and preventative maintenance. Inspect and evaluate physical plant, grounds, and related equipment.
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Coordinate with outside contractors to perform activities, repairs, preventive maintenance on building equipment, and building and grounds appearance.</li> <li>Purchase and manage all related maintenance supplies and plant equipment repair parts for all equipment in facility.</li> <li>Participates in the development and implementation of goals, strategies, and operating policies/procedures.</li> <li>Manages teams related to hiring, onboarding, performance management, utilization, training, development, salary, promotions, transfers, and terminations.</li> <li>Schedules and organizes jobs for each crew.</li> <li>Performs QA/QC for&nbsp;work orders.</li> <li>Manages vehicle and equipment repairs and oversees tool and parts lists required for each employee.</li> <li>Meet and approves outside contractors to ensure all company SOP's are met.</li> <li>Interfaces with other departments in reference to scheduled jobs and vehicles.</li> <li>Assists with building and inventory needs.</li> <li>Ensures all DOT requirements are followed.</li> <li>Facilitates weekly maintenance meetings.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <br />
Requirements: <br /> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:&nbsp;</em></strong>BA/BS in related field and 5+years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; with a minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role in the water and wastewater field.</p> <p><strong><em>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:&nbsp;</em></strong>Valid driver&rsquo;s license required, A water and/or wastewater license is preferred.</p> <p><strong><em>Communication</em></strong>: Communicates clearly &amp; professionally.
