Overview: Responsible for providing accurate, timely processing of data into HRIS and assisting the Inframark HRIS team. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manages data and processes in line with HRIS system frameworks to ensure accuracy for full employment life cycle:</li> <li> <ul> <li>E-verify</li> <li>Onboarding process of new hires</li> <li>Changes to Departments, Salaries, Manager</li> <li>Terminations</li> <li>Maintains tracker for Relocation/Sign on Bonus, Tuition Reimbursements, Certification Awards, etc</li> </ul> </li> <li>Maintains personnel files</li> <li>Works closely with payroll administration (retro payments, spot bonuses, commissions)</li> <li>Works closely with HR co-workers and business units to ensure data updates have all necessary and accurate information prior to data entry in HRIS</li> <li>Supports administration of major organizational change, such as acquisitions, contract acquisitions and restructuring</li> <li>Utilizes and promotes the use of HR technology</li> <li>Assists with monitoring the HR email inbox for employee changes</li> <li>Assists with monitoring the Kronos email inbox in providing minor system and end-user support for all employees on the HR systems</li> <li>Monitors the status of workflows and reaches out to managers to push approvals through to completion</li> <li>Follow up with the completion of employee onboarding activities</li> <li>Understands and adheres to all company health and safety procedures as they relate to the essential job functions</li> <li>Assisting HR teams with audits and other special projects</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">QUALIFICATIONS</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Organizational skills</li> <li>Attention to detail</li> <li>High level of communication skills</li> <li>Working knowledge of HR and Microsoft software</li> <li>Knowledge of payroll practices and systems</li> <li>Must be a self-starter and able to deal effectively with confidential and sensitive information</li> <li>Occasional travel with possible overnights required</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>One to three years&rsquo; experience in an HR or other administrative role.</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>CERTIFICATE, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">PHYSICAL DEMANDS</span></strong></p> <p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions</p>
