Overview: <br />The Operations Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the enterprise data management system (DMS) that provides operational data and regulatory reporting across Inframark operations. The role is responsible for the maintenance of 100+ Hach WIMS facilities.
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Create, revise, or review WIMS variables, entry forms, and reports according to permit requirements and process control monitoring for established facilities</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Lab Cal: create sample schedule according to permit requirements and/or monitoring plans, as well as associated triggers and exception reporting</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Process Control Reporting: assist managers in setting up control limits and developing reports with appropriate warnings and notifications</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Dashboards: assist managers in setting up dashboards allowing the user to easily access entry forms, reports, and view key plant performance indicators; create dashboards incorporating data from multiple facilities</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">New Project Implementation: collaborate with Regional/Project Managers in new WIMS buildouts; includes permit review, database setup, SCADA integration, creation of variables, dashboards, entry forms, and regulatory reports</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Validation Process: assist with validation variables, entry forms and reports related to regulatory requirements for current and new projects</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Help Tickets: complete tickets submitted through Service Now, as assigned</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Provide training for current and new projects</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Assist with standardizing work processes, standards, and SOPs to ensure accurate, efficient, and consistent data capture in the field</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Assist with the development of process documents and workflows utilized by the WIMS Team</span></li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <p><strong><em><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Education/Experience</span></em></strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">: BS Degree and minimum 5 years related experience. Experience in the water/wastewater utilities sector and understanding of water and wastewater operations is required. Lab and/or operations experience is preferred, but not required.</span></p> <p><strong><em><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Technical</span></em></strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">: Extensive experience in using WIMS for operational data management. Strong understanding of US EPA and State drinking water regulations for surface water and groundwater, NPDES permits, water/wastewater sampling requirements, and laboratory analysis.
