Overview: <br /> <p>The Administrative Services Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the HOA Administrative and Architectural Review Staff in performing and completing, Client Reports, Reporting Procedures, and interaction with clients and administrative staff.</p>
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Assumes responsibility for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Department by:</li> <li>Formulating departmental goals, strategies, and operating policies and procedures and directing implementation of approved changes.</li> <li>Make recommendations on employees regarding employment, performance appraisals, salary changes, promotions, transfers, or terminations.</li> <li>Ensuring productivity levels are maintained through effective monitoring of staffing levels and financial requirements.</li> <li>Guiding personnel to achieve optimum performance levels.</li> <li>Manages documents control system for client reports, postings, etc. to assure approvals, training and proper filing of documents is complete</li> <li>Prepares Correspondence and Monthly Reports as needed</li> <li>Develops departmental internal customer service awareness</li> <li>Work with management team and Regional Manager as requested on special projects</li> <li>Understands and adheres to all company Health and Safety procedures as they relate to essential job functions.</li> <li>Responsible for departmental training.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">QUALIFICATIONS</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software</li> <li>Possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written</li> <li>Multi-tasking abilities essential</li> <li>Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>General knowledge of water and wastewater operations</li> </ul> <p><strong><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</span></em></strong></p> <p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred and 5-7 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience</p> <p><strong><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</span></em></strong></p> <p>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />PHYSICAL DEMANDS</span></strong>:</p> <p>**Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions</p>
