Overview: The Community Service Attendant (Part time) is responsible for coordinating the daily activities at the Community Center. This position performs clerical and reception work, as well as light cleaning and event help in the operation of recreational facilities.
Responsibilities: <li>Follows specific procedures to book room rentals, shelter rentals and field rentals.</li><li>Collects payments via cash, credit card and check for a variety of services.</li><li>Answers phones and assists residents with various needs.</li><li>Monitors activities of community center, enforcing rules and regulations.</li><li>Light cleaning responsibilities.</li><li>Interacts with independent contractors and the general public.</li><li>Opens and closes the facility during non-business hours as required. </li><li>Provides general labor for special events.</li><li>Maintains communication with Inframark Project Manager and Inframark Lead Community Service Attendant.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements: <p><em><strong>Education/Experience</strong></em>: High School Diploma or GED.</p> <p><em><strong>Licenses/Certifications</strong></em>: Valid Driver&rsquo;s License (Class B CDL preferred).</p> <p><em><strong>Technical</strong></em>: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications &amp; internet. Experience working with social media.</p> <p><em><strong>Communication</strong></em>: Must have experience working with the public. Communicates clearly &amp; professionally. Contributes to a positive internal &amp; external customer experience. Willing to help others. Maintains composure in challenging situations.</p> <p><em><strong>Problem Solving &amp; Quality</strong></em><strong>:&nbsp;</strong>Pays attention to detail. Identifies &amp; solves problems. Escalates issues accordingly. Checks work for quality.</p> <p><em><strong>Managing For Results</strong></em>: Works well with supervision. Takes projects to completion.
