Overview: The Lead Community Service Attendant is responsible for coordinating, facilitating and managing the daily activities for the Community and resolving operational issues as they arise. This includes planning, coordination and execution of all classes and activities for residents.
Responsibilities: <li>Assumes responsibility for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the facility by:</li></ul> <li>Ensuring policies, rules and SOPs are followed; Identifying and resolving problems/issues; Making recommendations for improvement; Ensuring facility meets all regulatory and safety requirements.</li></ul> <li>Implements new programs and events for a diverse population.</li><li>Creates and maintains work schedule for Community Service Attendants. Reviews and approves timesheets. Maintains records. Creates and files reports as required.</li><li>Provides part-time management for Community Service Attendants to ensure facilities and events have personnel on-site 7 days a week.</li><li>Communicates with the Project Manager on multiple issues including: facility inspections; contractor/vendor relationship management.</li><li>Ensures all appropriate records, reports, and files are maintained accurately and timely.</li><li>Maintains communication with Inframark District Manager, Inframark Project Manager and Lead Maintenance Tech.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Requirements: <p><em><strong>Education/Experience</strong></em>: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent combination of education &amp; relevant experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.</p> <p><em><strong>Licenses/Certifications</strong></em>: Valid Driver&rsquo;s License (Class B CDL preferred).</p> <p><em><strong>Technical</strong></em>: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, internet, and social media. Understanding of the safe operation of small equipment and office equipment.</p> <p><em><strong>Communication</strong></em>: Communicates clearly &amp; professionally. Contributes to a positive internal &amp; external customer experience. Willing to help others. Maintains composure in challenging situations.</p> <p><em><strong>Problem Solving &amp; Quality</strong></em><strong>:&nbsp;</strong>Ability to effectively plan, coordinate, schedule &amp; execute recreational events for a diverse population. Pays attention to detail. Identifies &amp; solves problems. Escalates issues accordingly. Checks work for quality.</p> <p><em><strong>Managing for Results</strong></em>: Works well without supervision. Personnel management skills including: training, coaching, evaluating, scheduling. Takes projects to completion. Follows all company policies &amp; SOPs. Manages multiple tasks.</p> <p><em><strong>Leadership &amp; Initiative</strong></em>: Demonstrates a positive attitude. Acts in accordance with company vision, mission &amp; values. Takes accountability for own performance. Willing to take on additional assignments.</p> <p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong></p> <p>Must be able to: frequently lift 50-60 pounds; load, unload &amp; move large equipment/tools; access confined spaces; continuously walk and climb stairs and ladders.</p>
