Overview: The Operations Support Manager is responsible for supporting the business in the areas of Operational Support by developing and leading companywide operational management and improvement projects/processes fostering an environment of continuous improvement. This position is responsible for delivering projects and programs in line with recognized best practice methodology, with successful implementation of resources and processes
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Produce detailed project plans to manage interdependencies</li> <li>Manages schedules for all projects and inititives within the organization.</li> <li>Establishes SOPs and trains project team members as needed. Ensures all team members have been trained and utilize required technology.</li> <li>Interface with 3rd party vendors and suppliers for planning, timelines and quality of deliverables</li> <li>Manages expenditures and ensures all costs are properly documented, reviewed and approved.</li> <li>Conducts project reviews and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.</li> <li>Review the projects to determine any changes that could be taken to improve the processes and delivery.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><em><strong>Education/Experience</strong></em>:&nbsp; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree and 5-7 years of water/wastewater experience.</p> <p><em><strong>Licenses/Certifications</strong></em>:&nbsp; Valid Driver&rsquo;s License.&nbsp; Water/Wastewater Certification preferred.</p> <p><em><strong>Technical</strong></em>:&nbsp; Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications &amp; internet.&nbsp; Ability to analyze, interpret and report complex data.
