Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Source passive and active candidates</li> <li>Create interesting and intriguing messaging to garner candidate responsiveness</li> <li>Conduct insightful phone interviews</li> <li>Act as career advocate for technical employment candidates&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with Account Managers to develop effective candidate sourcing strategies</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>1 + year(s) of experience in agency recruiting</li> <li>A strong desire to win - success/money motivated</li> <li>Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal</li> <li>Ability to multi-task</li> <li>Computer literacy with PC-based applications and strong web navigation skills</li> <li>Team player with the willingness to take direction</li> <li>Desire and motivation to build strong relationships internally with colleagues as well as externally with candidates and clients.</li> </ul>
