Overview: The Jr. Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for hands-on Salesforce support. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in day to day production support, monitoring, troubleshooting, analysis, and beginner Salesforce administration activities.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Providing Tier 1 troubleshooting and administrative support in the Salesforce environment</li> <li>Ensuring the Salesforce environment is reliable, stable, and all integrity is maintained</li> <li>Providing help in maintaining an error-free operating environment with 99.99% availability</li> <li>Assisting with deployments from lower environments in the production system</li> <li>Advocate for Salesforce with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience</li> <li>Working with business users, test users, and application delivery team members on resolving issues</li> <li>Prioritization of activities to support business requirements and to resolve issues</li> <li>Support SOX 404 assessment process by working closely with IS governance and auditors</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>1-2 years&rsquo; experience in configuration and administration of Salesforce.com</li> <li>Documentation, analysis, and problem solving abilities.</li> <li>Salesforce Admin certification is a plus</li> <li>Ability to learn quickly within Salesforce is a must</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
