Overview: <p>We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to proactively engage with sales and recruiting candidates to join our firm. At Innovar Group, we see this role as integral to our firm&rsquo;s continued growth and success, so we seek the most driven, willing, and capable person to join us in our venture to be the best staffing firm. This is a unique opportunity to build partnerships, create strong relationships and develop and execute strategies to ensure we acquire the best talent in the staffing industry.</p> <p>This person will manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for designated positions including creating job postings, developing/executing sourcing campaigns and ensuring a positive candidate experience.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Create effective job postings and material to attract candidates</li> <li>Source candidates through a variety of channels including, internet, cold-calling, referrals, and social networking</li> <li>Track status of potential candidates as required through Applicant Tracking System</li> <li>Pre-screen qualified applicants and schedule in-person interviews</li> <li>Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates</li> <li>Develop a continuous pipeline of potential candidates via Applicant Tracking System</li> <li>Be a steward of our culture and values</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>1 plus year(s) of full-cycle recruiting experience sourcing candidates</li> <li>Experience using social media and networking sites as well as traditional sourcing methods and cold calling to build a pipeline of candidates</li> <li>Experience with job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems</li> <li>Team player with positive professional image</li> </ul>
