Deskside Support Consultant

Innovar Group is Currently seeking a Deskside Consultant who is focused will be primarily supporting end-users through and after the Windows 10 migration. This is initially slated as a 3-month project but highly likely to go beyond that as they are going through an international Windows 10 deployment project.

Overview: We are searching for tech-savvy people who are self-motivated and enjoy providing consistent support&nbsp;with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities: As the Deskside Consultant your main responsibility will be setting up new workstations (monitors/Docks/PC&rsquo;s), minimal troubleshooting, and to work the ticket queue.
Requirements: <p>Top 3 must-have skills for the position</p> <ol> <li>Hardware/Peripherals</li> <li>Knowledge of AD/Office 365</li> <li>Installing software/Applications</li> </ol> <p>At a minimum, here&rsquo;s what we need from you:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of IT experience</li> <li>1+ years Customer service experience</li> <li>Knowledge of server operations, infrastructure, web interfaces, remote access tools will be needed</li> <li>Experience supporting a Microsoft environment in a Service Desk or Desktop Support Role</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Office 2010 / 2013 / O365</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments</li> <li>Experience with remote support</li> <li>Experience with PC / printer hardware / VPN / Citrix</li> <li>Experience with Active Directory</li> </ul>
