Full Time

Overview: Participant will be enrolled in a one-year Machine/Tool Processes program through Dunwoody College, with tuition fully sponsored by the company.&nbsp;
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>While actively completing coursework, apprentices will work on 1st shift to support job shadowing and mentorship alongside experienced toolmakers, building foundational skills in a hands-on environment.</li> <li>Following successful completion of the schooling program, apprentices will transition into an off-shift Toolmaker role, where they will apply their training more independently and support ongoing toolroom operations.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>HS Diploma and able to take classes and work towards an AAS degree in Tool &amp; Die.</li> <li>Strong mechanical aptitude.</li> <li>Good organizational and basic math skills.</li> <li>Reliable, regular attendance and a strong safety mindset.</li> </ul> <br /><br />
