Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Set up and operate extrusion equipment (extruders, co-extruders, heater bands, dies, etc.)</li> <li>Start up machines and set parameters to produce high-quality products</li> <li>Read and understand prints, dimensions, and packaging specs</li> <li>Monitor and measure product quality, record data in SPC and LCS systems</li> <li>Perform changeovers, adjust lengths and angles during runs</li> <li>Tear down and clean equipment for the next production cycle</li> <li>Keep track of production data and footage</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Someone who enjoys a challenge and takes initiative</li> <li>Mechanically inclined and curious about how things work</li> <li>Comfortable using a computer</li> <li>Great at organizing tasks and managing priorities</li> <li>Works well independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Has a reliable attendance and work history</li> </ul>
