With a team of over 200 associates, we prioritize continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles to create value for our customers through innovative processes and materials.</p> <p><strong>Job Overview</strong><br />We&rsquo;re looking for a Maintenance Technician to support our 2nd shift manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our equipment and facility systems. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, forklifts, pallet trucks, and related machinery</li> <li>Supporting facility systems, including water tanks, chillers, compressors, oil temperature controllers, filters, and electrical systems in compliance with national codes</li> <li>Performing fabrication and welding work (machinery components, gates, guards, etc.)</li> <li>Operating shop equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively</li> <li>Assisting with general facility upkeep, such as replacing bulbs/ballasts, moving furniture, cleaning equipment, and maintaining exterior areas</li> <li>Tracking daily activities, parts usage, and maintenance records in our ERP system</li> <li>Partnering with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability</li> <li>Supporting and following our Quality Management System (QMS) standards</li> </ul>
