Overview: Responsible for safeguarding monies, keys, and properties while providing World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.<br /><br /><strong>Isleta Resort and Casino Guest Service Agreement</strong><br /><br />All Team Members will display 100% commitment to World Class Guest Service through the delivery and maintenance of Guest Service Standards established by the Isleta Resort and Casino.

It does not imply that all positions within the class perform all of the duties listed, nor does it necessarily list all possible duties that may be assigned.<br /> <ul> <li>Provides customers with efficient service during the jackpot payment process and during servicing of minor machine issues.</li> <li>Promotes positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.</li> <li>Identifies machines requiring technician support.</li> <li>Informs supervisory personnel of incidents requiring their attention.</li> <li>Assists fellow workers in other areas as requested.</li> <li>Handles minor customer complaints/concerns.</li> <li>Ensures tidiness of responsible areas.</li> <li>Assists in training of new Slot Attendants.</li> <li>Responsible for safeguarding of assets located within the department.</li> <li>Performs all duties in accordance with the Isleta Resort and Casino&rsquo;s Policies and Procedures.</li> <li>Greets guests, maintains a friendly and inviting atmosphere, and promotes positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.</li> <li>Gives basic instruction on all Slots, promotions, and special events, as requested.</li> <li>Occasionally performs other duties as needed.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <table style="height: 1175px;" width="752"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 6.65in;" width="638"> <p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="margin-left: 0in; text-indent: 0in;">High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent, required.</li> <li style="margin-left: 0in; text-indent: 0in;">Six (6) months prior and consecutive cash handling and guest/customer service experience, required.</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="width: 6.65in;" width="638"> <p><strong>Special Requirements, Licenses, and Certification:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be able to acquire and maintain Key Gaming License issued through POIGRA.</li> <li>Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background investigation.</li> <li>Must be flexible with work schedule.
