Overview: <strong>Age Requirement: 21 years or older.</strong><br /><br /><strong>Position Summary:</strong><br /><br />Responsible for directing, coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day Cage Department&rsquo;s operations, personnel, customer service, and administration while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees &amp; guests. Actively exercises managerial responsibility for all department internal controls and regulatory requirements on an assigned. Ensures employee and guest compliance and conforms to all Tribal, Federal, State, Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory, and Isleta Resort and Casino regulations. <br /><br /><strong>Isleta Resort and Casino Guest Service Agreement:</strong><br /><br />All Team Members will display 100% commitment to World Class Guest Service through the delivery and maintenance of Guest Service Standards established by the Isleta Resort and Casino.

Communicates variance investigations to management as set forth in current policy. Initiates variance resolutions.</li> <li>Foster and maintains a positive Customer satisfaction and team attitude toward staff, management, and customers.</li> <li>Responsible for Cage compliance with MICS and TICS through reviewing SOPs and ensuring strict adherence to set standards.</li> <li>Supervises and coordinates daily Cage department activities.</li> <li>Promotes privacy and discretion in working with guests and employee monetary transactions.</li> <li>Resolves external and internal guest issues and problems in a timely and professional manner, in accordance with set standards.</li> <li>Keeps updated on current Cage Department policies and procedures; ensures staff regulatory and policy compliance.</li> <li>Maintains set internal control and provides timely input on possible internal control vulnerabilities.</li> </ul> <p><br /> <strong>Personnel/Administrative:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensures proper staffing levels and job assignments. Maintains efficient staff coverage to include calling in additional staff as dictated by needs, absences, and early releases.</li> <li>Administers planning sessions and performance reviews on behalf of management.</li> <li>Monitors staff performance and needs; communicates with Cage Management on a timely and complete basis.</li> <li>Administers training and evaluates new personnel according to standards set by management.</li> <li>Works with various departments and vendors to ensure required supplies and equipment are available and functioning properly.</li> <li>Occasionally performs duties of subordinates and other duties as needed.</li> </ul> <p><br /> <strong>Accountability and Supervision:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Directly supervises the Main Banker and Front-line cashiers. Occasionally assists in supervising M-Section, Vault, and Front Cage.</li> <li>Administers supervisory employment actions and responsibilities, on behalf of management, in accordance with the Isleta Resort and Casino&rsquo;s policies, SOPs, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; administering rewarding and disciplining of employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <table style="height: 1609px;" width="778"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 6.65in;" width="638"> <p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED Required.</li> <li>Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, preferred.</li> <li>Minimum three (3) years' previous supervisory experience preferably in a casino and/or bank/CU, required. Native American casino experience preferred.</li> <li>Two (2) to three (3) years' high volume cash handling experience, required.</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="width: 6.65in;" width="638"> <p><strong>Special Requirements, Licenses, and Certification:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be able to acquire and maintain Key Gaming License issued through POIGRA.</li> <li>Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background investigation.</li> <li>Must be flexible with work schedule. Must be willing to work any days/hours as needed or required to meet business needs.</li> <li>Must maintain all Isleta Resort and Casino-wide educational and certification requirements.</li> <li>Must possess a Driver&rsquo;s License. Shall not have had a driver&rsquo;s license revoked or suspended in the last 3 years prior to the date of the Employment Application, acceptability will be determined by Risk Management.
