Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develop a comprehensive business and communication plan for all Lifestyle Programming</li> <li>Plan and implement weekly events and large scale programming that provides high quality clinical support resulting in high levels of satisfaction and reduced hospitalizations across continuum of care</li> <li>Establish criteria for evaluation and reporting tool</li> <li>Create and oversee annual calendar for lifestyle, education and multigenerational opportunities across the entire JKV campus</li> <li>Interface with new and current residents to increase involvement in activities and overall quality of on campus</li> <li>Manage Resident Volunteer activities and programming for all resident constituencies</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>5+ years of work experience with older adult programs and management experience</li> <li>Master&rsquo;s Degree in Health/Wellness Program Development, Gerontology or a related field</li> <li>Current knowledge of the aging industry and the aging process</li> <li>Experience with event management, logistics and production</li> <li>Demonstrated skills in project management, planning, and organizing multiple priorities</li> <li>Well-developed skills in general management, organization, financial acumen and strategic planning</li> </ul>
