Overview: Maintain Reps Database and develop relationships with prospective residents by continuing to move them through the sales process to ultimately become a JKV resident.
Responsibilities: Conduct informational tours either as a result of a scheduled appointment or a walk-in and qualify the financial and medical status of the prospective resident.Manage relationships with prospects, including understanding each prospect's reasons for inquiry.Conduct proper and timely follow-up with all assigned and self-initiated leads to secure appointments.Using Discovery skills, provide professional, well-planned presentations of JKV to prospective residents, waitlist depositors, unscheduled walk-in guests, family members and referral sources.&nbsp;Take deposits, schedule medical evaluations and accurately complete all financial/general documentation for Marketing Director, Sales and Inventory Manager's and CEO's new residency approval.<br />
Requirements: We want to speak with individuals who have a Bachelor's degree along with 5+ years of comparable sales experience, preferably in a retirement community. Must be comfortable with CRM Salesforce and various microsoft programs. Must be able to travel to appointments. Enthusiasm for working with, and for, seniors combined with a passion for sales.
