Overview: The Executive Search Associate will be responsible for providing high quality, full lifecycle recruiting services to our clients. The ideal individual will utilize various&nbsp;recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and hire executive talent to help our partners achieve their vision. As a relationship builder, the Executive Search Associate will manage the candidate development process to ensure hiring initiatives&nbsp;are achieved.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work closely with Search Consultants to fully understand the requirements of the role(s)</span></li> <li>Source qualified pool of applicants</li> <li>Screen applicant resumes based on hiring managers&rsquo; requirements</li> <li>Conduct initial outreach and phone screen candidates</li> <li>Monitor and maintain ATS</li> <li>Coordinate and facilitate candidate interviews with the client and search consultant(s)</li> <li>Create and publish career ads to various online resources (i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.) as necessary</li> <li>Create interview guides, call agendas, and other materials as requested</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Sourcing and Recruiting experience, preferably for an executive search firm. 3+ years strongly preferred.</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Familiar with CRM and HRIS software</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Independent work ethic; entrepreneurial minded and self-motivated</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong written and communication skills. Must be comfortable addressing the research needs over the phone.</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Must be highly organized and results-driven</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience and comfortability using creative sourcing methods including internet sourcing techniques, referral management, and cold calling strongly preferred</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter preferred</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree required</span></li> </ul>
