Understands the impact of their actions and keeps the right people informed. Can find common ground and solve problems for the good of all.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Complete regular analysis of center performance in order to create and implement support plans that demonstrate effective problem solving and consider the impact to others while driving for results. (center qualification calculations, milk shortages, disallowances, required forms, etc.)</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Drives for Results &ndash;Is bottom-line oriented; is accountable to self and other for results; collaborates to set objectives and looks to meet goals that align to the department dashboard and metrics.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Decides how and when works gets done to achieve desired results and meet CACFP requirements for each state such as contracts, monitor visits, training, onboarding, etc.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Demonstrates resourcefulness and problem solving skills when collaborating with others.
