Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Collects and analyzes data via telephone, junket reps, Credit bureaus, central credit, etc., to determine credit-worthiness based upon information received.</li> <li>Advises supervisor of patrons requesting credit, limit increases, accounts having returned checks, and/or hotel delinquencies.</li> <li>Updates Credit information of Pinnacle Entertainment, inc.&rsquo;s existing Credit customers for evaluation by supervisor.</li> <li>Supplies monthly reports to supervisor, showing accumulated record of new accounts.</li> <li>Maintains accurate and complete Credit records.</li> <li>Answers phones and routes incoming calls; opens and routes incoming mail; types memos and letters; and maintains an organized filing system.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Ability to communicate effectively with customers, outside contacts, and all levels of employees in person as well as on the telephone.</li> <li>Ability to use a computer keyboard and 10-key.</li> <li>Ability to review written Credit information, as well as Credit information generated on computer.</li> <li>Ability to effectively and efficiently move around work area.</li> <li>Ability to use a computer, typewriter, AS/400 computer system and terminal, Central Credit computer, Credit Bureau, 10-key adding machine, telephone, and computer printer.</li> <li>Effective verbal communication skills in person and on the telephone.</li> <li>Knowledge of Credit operations, rules and regulations.</li> <li>Knowledge of interrelated department functions such as Cashiers Cage, Collections, and Casino Services.</li> <li>Obtain and maintain valid state gaming license.</li> <li>These skills and abilities are typically acquired through six months&rsquo; Credit experience or closely related field.</li> </ul>
