Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide especially timely &amp; knowledgeable service; Always find solutions to guests&rsquo; problems. Use the guest&rsquo;s name when appropriate.</li> <li>Greet and seat guests at tables according to guest preference and table availability.</li> <li>Provide guests with menus and inform guests of restaurant specials and feature items.</li> <li>Coordinate with food servers, bus persons and other restaurant personnel in providing guest service.</li> <li>Operate electronic cash register system to accurately and immediately account for payment transactions and transports monies to and from the main Credit cage.</li> <li>Keep cash register and host area stocked with necessary equipment, forms and supplies.</li> <li>Ensure dining and serving areas are set up and maintained according to standard.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>One year of experience directly related to the responsibilities specified or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with guests.</li> <li>Demonstrated money-handling and math skills.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to operate computerized cash register.</li> <li>Must be age 18 or older.</li> </ul>
