Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.</li> <li>Monitors activities and maintains order in swimming areas.</li> <li>Responsible for the day-to-day cleaning and upkeep of pool facilities.</li> <li>Monitors and inspects swimming pool operations for safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.</li> <li>Responsible for removal of used laundry and trash from pool area.</li> <li>Conducts pool cleaning duties according to accepted standards and techniques; operates machines and utilizes pool chemicals in a safe and proper manner.</li> <li>Reports pool facility problems related to structure, equipment, and plumbing to management.</li> <li>Ensures that dressing and shower rooms are supplied with all hard and soft goods in compliance with company policy.</li> <li>Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.</li> <li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.</li> <li>Prior experience in pool maintenance or related area preferred.</li> <li>Must have good written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Ability to move effectively and efficiently through assigned work areas.</li> </ul>
