Overview: T3 is looking to bring on a Paid Search Specialist to join our Connections practice and support SEM planning and management with our Austin, TX team. Because our office is currently remote due to COVID-19, we have the flexibility to hire outside of the Austin area but are most interested in candidates who would be eventually willing to relocate. A Paid Search Specialist at T3 has deep platform expertise and understanding of how search impacts overall digital media performance and day-to-day management. The specialist will be tasked with working collaboratively across key disciplines at T3 alongside a Paid Search Manager to proactively provide recommendations on maintaining and exceeding search performance for a variety of B2B and B2C clients.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities Include: The ideal candidate has a background executing and managing paid search campaigns while also possessing the ability to analyze performance to make data-driven decisions, stay diligent and organized with pacing and deadlines, and be a great culture addition to our T3 team. <ul> <li>Understand the client&rsquo;s marketing objectives and goals to be able to make decisions within platforms to meet KPIs</li> <li>Fully execute and manage campaigns from start to finish; includes keyword research, campaign build and ad copy creation etc.</li> <li>Audit search accounts to evaluate current state and provide recommendations for future optimizations and improvement</li> <li>Collaborate with Paid Search Manager to ensure strategy is properly executed while also exceeding client goals</li> <li>Work with the search team, media planners and strategists to find insights and opportunities that will elevate the overarching digital strategy and support key search goals</li> <li>Monitor and analyze search campaign performance to drive continuous improvements in KPIs</li> <li>Have a clear understanding of reporting capabilities within platforms to be able to execute ad hoc requests quickly and accurately</li> <li>Lead testing and optimization efforts around ad creatives and landing pages to maximize yield</li> <li>Stay current on industry best practices to be able to formulate and execute point-of-view documentation</li> <li>Respond to needs for business development as they arise</li> <li>Implement and manage tags; assist with verifying spend and reconciliation with coordinators and planners</li> </ul>
Requirements: The Ideal Candidate: <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in a dedicated paid search engine marketing role</li> <li>Expert in full suite of Google and Bing offerings including search, YouTube, Google Display, Shopping, App and how they work together</li> <li>Strong Excel skills; has experience with platforms like Datorama, Tableau, etc.</li> <li>Analytical Tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Datorama)</li> <li>Search Engine Desktop Tools (e.g. Google Ads Editor, Bing Editor)</li> <li>Bid Management Tools (e.g. Kenshoo, SA360)</li> <li>3rd-Party Tracking Tools&nbsp;</li> <li>Bonus: Experience in managing complex B2B stakeholder ecosystems</li> </ul>
