In this role, you will assist in the planning, reporting, and analytical support for business operations, strategic planning, and general business decision-making. You will help to create and enhance analysis and data reporting, highlighting key metrics in support of the Company&rsquo;s Senior Management, the Finance team, and a variety of cross-functional areas. Responsibilities: In this role, you will: <ul> <li>Generate and analyze weekly and monthly business results to key stakeholders of the company</li> <li>Assist in monitoring the preparation of performance against a variety of KPIs and forecasts</li> <li>Assist in the development, maintenance, and analysis of the Company&rsquo;s annual budget and quarterly forecasts</li> <li>Create and maintain tools and reports used to measure and track results against expectations</li> <li>Support the business groups in managing expenses, including monthly budget vs. actual variance analysis, headcount reporting, monthly and quarterly expense forecast updates, annual planning, and special projects</li> <li>Assist with month-end close process (process and post entries, generate analysis of results, etc.)</li> <li>You will be mentored by senior leadership and receive on-the-job training</li> </ul>
Requirements: ABOUT YOU <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business/Economics or related areas is required</li> <li>Minimum 1 - 2 years of work experience with a background in financial analysis, preferably in an FP&amp;A role</li> <li>Experience with project level accounting is a plus</li> <li>Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive to do whatever it takes to make big impact for your team and the business</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail</li> <li>Have the ability to adapt to changing priorities in an effort to meet multiple project timelines and client needs</li> <li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interface effectively across all levels within the organization and across functions</li> <li>Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn about the business</li> <li>Ability to synthesize complex concepts and strategies into a clear story for both internal and external constituents</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while delivering accurate results in a timely manner</li> <li>Have exceptional technical proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft tools</li> <li>Thrive in a team environment but are capable of working independently</li> </ul>
