Overview: Reporting to the President, Business Operations, the powerhouse Program Manager will be responsible for overall program management of the Digital Transformation Program.&nbsp; This multi-year roadmap will transform people, processes &amp; technology across all Material units, supporting Customer Relationship, Project, Talent &amp; Financial Management activities to drive exceptional growth over the next 5-7 years. The Digital Transformation Program Manager will manage the end to end delivery of the program. Working with internal stakeholders, consulting partners &amp; vendors, the Program Manager will oversee all aspects of the program, from shaping the overall approach through to delivery of the desired outcomes, including direct supervision of project management &amp; expert resources within the program, as well as coordinating stakeholder, consultant &amp; sponsor communications, financial management, and program metric reporting. &nbsp; What does success look like? A successful Digital Transformation Program Manager will have delivered comprehensive, enduring change across all Material units; developed a deep understanding of and relationship with Client Relationship, Project, Talent &amp; Finance stakeholders; built capability &amp; confidence in these functions throughout the business; and be armed with the experience &amp; know-how to take on bigger opportunities in any senior operational leadership or more complex program management discipline they have a passion for.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Sets the overall approach for the Digital Transformation Program, including the definition of milestones, quality gates, and major deliverables to address and meet the desired goals &amp; outcomes of the program.</li> <li>Manages day to day communication &amp; coordination with consulting partners, vendors, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts</li> <li>Partners with the Executive Sponsor to communicate program goals, objectives &amp; outcomes, as well as reporting progress against KPI&rsquo;s to CEO and executive leaders.</li> <li>Leads regular interactions with the Executive Sponsor to inform, alert, negotiate &amp; maintain a continuing good relationship and shared vision for the program outcomes.</li> <li>Establishes &amp; ensures appropriate governance functions for the program in accordance with enterprise policies, practices, and on behalf of the executive sponsor, internal stakeholders &amp; partners/vendors.</li> <li>Directs the creation, maintenance &amp; quality of required program documentation.</li> <li>Develops &amp; controls the program budget and manages expenditure within agreed spending plans.</li> <li>Manages capacity &amp; capability of the required resources across project teams within the program.</li> <li>Leads regular reviews with the Executive Sponsor, stakeholders &amp; partners to identify organic or specific program changes and directs the development of appropriate approaches to address.</li> <li>Supervises individual project managers responsible for discrete projects or deliverables within the program</li> <li>Acts as a trusted advisor, building, and maintaining relationships across the organization.</li> <li>Leads the oversight of program projects&rsquo; execution, their progress compared with the plan, and the production of agreed deliverables.</li> <li>Coordinates &amp; monitors dependencies between projects in the program, proactively resolving conflicts.</li> <li>Directs and approves the framework and guidelines for contractors, partners, systems integrators, and vendors within the program.</li> </ul>
Requirements: Education: <ul> <li>A bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.</li> </ul> &nbsp; Experience <ul> <li>Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT Consulting business/industry</li> <li>Five to seven years in diverse roles with increasing leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs</li> <li>Substantial consulting leadership experience</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in managing &ldquo;upward&rdquo; among senior leadership</li> </ul> &nbsp; Knowledge and Skills <ul> <li>Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate the program objectives, inspire and motivate staff, and maintain alignment with the business strategy.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain and &ldquo;sell&rdquo; the program goals and objectives to the business, as well as technical leadership.</li> <li>Ability to build highly collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Strong business acumen, including industry- and domain-specific knowledge of the organization and its business units.
