Overview: LRW is searching for an energetic Workplace Culture Coordinator who is passionate about enhancing our organizational culture and values. The Workplace Culture Coordinator will work directly with the VP of Strategy and Operations and will collaborate with peers in Talent, Workplace and other teams. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. We&rsquo;re seeking someone with good project management skills who can easily connect with people in a friendly and outgoing way and is able to adjust quickly to changing situations and conditions. In this role, you will: Support and promote efforts to build a strong and vibrant company culture for the LRW Perspective division of Material.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide support and coordination of the company&rsquo;s cultural activities, including events and meetings for both in-person and virtual gatherings and shared experiences</li> <li>Coordinate and assist with large employee meetings where we celebrate our people and showcase great work</li> <li>Work with senior leaders to draft monthly company communication related to culture and values, including activities from our Employee Resource Groups</li> <li>Assemble weekly team newsletter highlighting employee news and culture</li> <li>Coordinate the process to generate employee awards submissions and announcements</li> <li>Collaborate seamlessly with many departments (e.g., Talent, Workplace, Marketing, Design, etc.), working on joint projects and coordinating efforts</li> <li>Provide hands-on support for strategic initiatives and projects, such as weekly VOE or annual Employee surveys</li> <li>Assist with various projects related to employee experience, culture, and other initiatives</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment</li> <li>Demonstrate commitment and passion for company values</li> <li>Combines a collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently</li> <li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Project management and event coordination experience</li> <li>Interest in market research and the work we do</li> <li>Microsoft Office skills and the ability to become familiar with company-specific software</li> </ul>
