Overview: Overview: Reporting to the Senior Business partner, this position provides support to employees and managers, manages various Talent programs, and executes on key Talent initiatives. To be successful in this role you must have excellent judgment and be a strong communicator, both written and orally. Organization and prioritization skills are a must! &nbsp;&nbsp;
Responsibilities: Talent <ul> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and managers; identify issues, present solutions, coach and counsel.</li> <li>Consult managers on key employee actions such as; hires, transfers, promotions and terminations. Approve related manager initiated changes in the HR system.</li> <li>Oversee and bring employee relations issues to resolution.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local employment laws.</li> <li>Review and analyze employee data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and overall employee experience.</li> <li>Manage Talent email inbox; respond to first level questions and escalate issues to Talent subject matter experts as needed.</li> </ul> &nbsp; Special Programs &amp; Projects <ul> <li>Support special ad-hoc Talent employee programs.</li> <li>Partner with cross-functional Talent leaders to communicate and rollout various Talent employee initiatives.</li> </ul>
Requirements: Requirements: <ul> <li>5 - 7 years of general Human Resources experience.</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or equivalent experience required.</li> <li>Proven ability to problem solve, critically think, manage multiple stakeholders, understand multi-division dynamics</li> <li>Highly comfortable with ambiguity, change in direction, and working autonomously with the general direction</li> <li>General knowledge of federal and multi-state employment regulations (IRS &amp; DOL).</li> <li>Excellent Excel skills.</li> </ul> &nbsp; Personal Characteristics <ul> <li>Team player - driven to contribute to LRW&rsquo;s reputation, growth, and success.</li> <li>Well-rounded, strategic business partner with an operational mindset.</li> <li>A multi-tasker and self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment even in the face of ambiguity.</li> <li>Mindful about the employee experience - well-spoken and articulate in all forms of communication.</li> <li>Extremely collaborative, seeking insights from others in the interest of a better outcome.
