Overview: As the Client Engagement Lead, you are the primary point of contact for both internal and external facing clients, creating a seamless experience, transitioning their projects from one phase to the next. You are both creative and strategic; simultaneously able to see the client&rsquo;s broader vision as well as the incremental steps to get to that end- product. In addition to helping manage active work and client relationships, you will assist in the development of integrated new business proposals (scoping, coordinating and drafting), and working closely with senior partners to foster deeper relationships with our top clients, as well as key team members across all Material divisions.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Ensure the client receives a seamlessly integrated Material experience</li> <li>Cultivate relationships throughout all divisions and teams of Material, gaining a thorough understanding of each teams specialties</li> <li>Develop a deep expertise in the client&rsquo;s business and industry, offering relevant insights, and creative solutions that deepen our client partnership</li> <li>Partner with Project teams, Project Managers, and Business Developers from all areas of the Material business to help guide fully integrated projects and proposals</li> <li>Ensure that all pieces of the Material offering are operating as intended across each phase of the project process</li> <li>Guarantee that critical information and insights are shared across key leads of each Material team as they emerge along the project process</li> <li>Proactively escalate issues (internal and external) to senior leads</li> <li>Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple clients while delivering an excellent client experience</li> <li>Strong communication skills across all levels of the business both internally and externally to a diverse audience</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>3-5 years in a client-facing delivery role, account management, or similar role</li> <li>Foresight and proactive client management skills</li> <li>Experience managing a team in a highly flexible environment and is comfortable navigating ambiguity and uncertainty</li> <li>Self-starter, able to work autonomously while maintaining communication with all stakeholders</li> <li>You have a knack for both developing and articulating complex strategies to an audience with varying degrees of digital knowledge/expertise.</li> <li>Willing to travel to client sites (once it&rsquo;s safe to do so).</li> </ul>
