Early Career Professional

Overview: <p>The Development Services Coordinator offers support to the entire Annual Giving team with an emphasis on administrative and development focused tasks.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Administer stewardship program <ul> <li>Manage overall thank you process working in conjunction with Sr Director of Annual Giving, Donor Relations and Communications &amp; Marketing making sure each project is on time, on budget and being coordinated with appropriate vendor.</li> <li>Prepare weekly data for 30 day, 90 day, 120-day stewardship vehicles.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Support Office of Annual Giving activities <ul> <li>Prepare reports as requested ensuring accuracy of data and clarity of presentation, including inputting monthly data for the Annual Giving Comprehensive Report.</li> <li>Review all direct mail/email materials and create checklists to ensure accuracy including timelines and data request format.</li> <li>Manage all direct mail/email samples including organizing, storing and sending samples to units.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Administer reports to campus partners <ul> <li>Prepare quarterly reports of annual giving activity to be shared with campus partners including financial reports for overall/specific unit successes, direct mail/online/call center/leadership giving efforts, and upcoming solicitation/stewardship schedules.</li> <li>Notify development officers of all $500+ pledges or gifts.</li> <li>Build policy and procedures resource library and employ a training program through Advancement Services to disseminate information in a thoughtful way.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Oversee all constituency donor relations <ul> <li>Respond promptly to donor comments, questions, and concerns from mail, email and call center.</li> <li>Review declined credit card reports daily and contact donors to obtain new card information.</li> <li>Upload all entity updates and data to Advance using JIRA including appeal code assignment, NCOA and other change files from iModules/vendors.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Expand our matching gift program <ul> <li>Design a program to encourage alumni to complete matching gift forms.</li> <li>Acknowledge monthly receipt of a matched gift to our donor.</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
