Responsibilities: <ul><li>Oversees the Retail customer delivery process between store teams and distribution teams to ensure customers receive optimal service</li><li>Acts as an escalation specialist for retail sales requiring next-level support by providing excellent customer service to retail customers</li><li>Ensures the delivery process flows smoothly and flawlessly and triages issues to determine root causes of challenges</li><li>Acts as the main contact between distribution and retail stores for resolving delivery process issues</li><li>Acts as main contact between customers and LZB for delivery issues</li><li>Maintains relationships with several different departments throughout sales delivery process</li><li>Supports the business activities of the Retail Division by providing support and answers for delivery and retail questions</li><li>Provides support to stores, DCs, and retail customers through communication with delivery providers, IT, retail, RDCs, and operations</li><li>Facilitates service decisions between Comfort Care, RDC, and stores (Direct access to team/escalation supervisors)</li><li>Communicates messages from Delivery Partners to stores/customers for escalated delivery issues (Direct Access to Delivery leadership)</li><li>Provide Customers and stores updates on order status, delays, issues, etc. for escalated delivery issues</li><li>Defines processes and procedures to address customer delivery issues and reduce issue occurrence over time</li></ul>SCOPE & IMPACT: Improves the business activities of the Retail Division by providing support and ownership for the customer delivery process and post-sale support. This person defines and executes the processes to support escalated delivery issues while addressing issue root causes in order to minimize future occurrences.
