Overview: Come join our team and help us Build Something Amazing.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Work closely with the HRIS department to coordinate employee changes, organizational changes, and required HRIS system updates</li> <li>Ensures completion all new hire I9 forms, corresponding directly with Retail Store Managers and HRBPs when needed during the process.</li> <li>Participates in the execution of current retention strategies, responsible for ensuring a positive employee experience.</li> <li>Work with the absence team to ensure the administration of FMLA, Disability, and Worker&rsquo;s Compensation for retail employees is accurate.</li> <li>Assist field leadership with Human Resource related systems (i.e. Applicant Tracking, Workday, Sterling, etc) often offering troubleshooting, training and administration.</li> <li>Responsible for the administration and updating of training and development tools to ensure availability to employees through LZB connect and LMS systems.</li> <li>Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.</li> <li>Responsible for ad hoc HR reporting for Retail division including active employee listing, headcount report, rewards and recognition program participation and others as assigned</li> <li>Supports the HR Administrative activities associated with acquisition, opening, and closing of facilities, special sales events, etc.</li> <li>Maintain SharePoint site with function specific communication ensuring the information uploaded is accurate, policies are updated as necessary, and information is easy to access for the field</li> <li>Performs other duties as required.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>SCOPE &amp; IMPACT:&nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p>This position supports the Human Resource function for multiple leaders and must work to prioritize needs, respond to employee concerns and inquiries across the Retail organization. The role will support for over 170+ retail stores and over 1500 employees in administrative responsibilities.&nbsp;</p>
