Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for development of a Retail talent strategy aligned with the business strategy and inclusive of talent acquisition, retention, development, employee engagement and inclusion.</li> <li>Accountable for staffing plans for high need Retail stores and facilitates additional efforts as needed (i.e. grass root recruiting, referral program, social media, career fairs, etc).</li> <li>Works closely with Career Development programs at key schools identified as Retail recruitment partners.&nbsp; Is responsible for on-site recruitment and campus events (i.e. engagement sessions, interviews, career fairs, classroom presentations, and program sponsorships.</li> <li>Serves as a key administrator for the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring proper training of users and full utilization of the software to support the employee life-cycle process from requisition to onboarding.&nbsp;</li> <li>Supports the Retail talent and succession review process focused on developing a solid pipeline of talent for key roles.</li> <li>Continuously enhance the Retail performance management process in order to drive business performance.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>SCOPE &amp; IMPACT:&nbsp;</p> <p>The position will impact the entire $800M Retail Division, develop and execute plans around talent acquisition, talent management, employee development, leadership development, etc.&nbsp;&nbsp; This position will be a people leader of at least 1 to 2 direct reports.&nbsp;</p>
