Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develop and support the o9 integrated planning software implementation and change management process to ensure the planning team fully utilizes the advanced planning capabilities of the o9 digital supply chain model.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop and manage processes to facilitate cross functional collaboration with manufacturing to make necessary capacity changes required to reduce order backlog, minimize late orders and to improve order to ship lead-time.</li> <li>Develop and manage processes to review customer order projections and project manufacturing product capacities by location to assure capacities and parts supply are available to meet projected customer demands while delivering expected customer service goals of on time delivery and lead-time.</li> <li>Direct the daily order ETS assignment function to assure assigned ETS dates are accurate.</li> <li>Direct the daily loading process for Cut &amp; Sew operations, collaborating with the S&amp;OP cover supply team to assure orders are being assigned based on the planned mix of cut/sew vs. sourced.</li> <li>Direct the master planning team processes to manage system settings in o9 to deliver optimized ETS loading, balancing loads between plants and moving orders between plants when recommended.&nbsp; Coordinate all decisions with the logistics team to assure logistics lanes are available and the cost trade-offs are evaluated.</li> <li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement to support KPIs.&nbsp; Institutionalization of KPI &amp; plan vs actuals monitoring visualizations and dashboards for continuous root-cause identification.</li> <li>Drive closure of late orders and prioritize customer requested delivery escalations.</li> <li>Develop work processes within planning team to ensure consistency and efficiency of tasks.</li> <li>Work with cross-functional team to understand business needs and identify opportunities for business process optimization and improvement.</li> <li>Key participation in supply planning portions of monthly S&amp;OP process.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>SCOPE &amp; IMPACT:&nbsp;</p> <p>The role will have a significant direct and indirect impact on the entire Supply Chain organization, including operations, distribution, procurement and logistics. &nbsp;Overall financial impact to an over $2.5B dollar business. The role will also have a significant impact on the ability of the supply chain organization to meet the Brand customer service goals of on time delivery and order to ship lead time.</p>
Requirements: <p><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field with 10+ years of relevant work experience</li> <li>5+ years of supervisory/leadership experience</li> <li>Proven leadership experience partnering with the business to develop and execute operational plans</li> <li>Effective communication skills - including verbal, written, and presentation</li> <li>Travel Required: 10%</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>&middot;MBA or Master&rsquo;s in Supply Chain Management</p> <ul> <li>APICS CPIM</li> <li>Proficiency in: Oracle/JDE E1, Business Objects/Intellect, Excel, PowerPoint</li> <li>Experience in a multi-site Supply Chain organization, ideally for a major corporation in a process related industry such as furniture production.</li> <li>STRONG analytical capability/understanding of end-to-end supply chain.</li> <li>Deep understanding of supply chain technology/tools.</li> </ul>
