Overview: This position is responsible for timely and accurate Retail, Admin and Executive payroll processing and support of site personnel for assigned payrolls, including incoming and outgoing interfaces and files. Assists in the development and testing of Retail Pay Plans. Leads the setup of calculation templates for the annual compensation plan.<br/><br/>
Responsibilities: Processes payroll for Retail and Admin groups as assigned on a bi-weekly basis using the Lawson and Kronos systems, and Executive group as assigned on a monthly basis using the Lawson system, including payroll changes and adjustments as needed for an accurate payroll.<br />Processes special compensation such as bonuses, relocation, personal time, retroactive pay, stock options/dividends as they relate to assigned process levels.<br />Assists in review and testing of implementation of new companies, pay codes, deductions and new processes in the payroll system.<br />Provides support to assigned process levels as it relates to questions regarding amounts paid to employees.<br />Assists the Corporate payroll group as it relates to adhoc reporting requests, research for GL account reconciliations, training of new payroll processors and other miscellaneous tasks.<br />Responsible for incoming and outgoing interfaces and files, including general ledger files and Pospay.<br />Leads on the setup of calculation templates and direction to other payroll processors for the annual compensation plan.<br />Assists the Payroll Systems Analyst with the development and testing of new comp plans as it relates to payroll processing.<br /> <br />SCOPE &amp; IMPACT:<br />Responsible for providing correct pay checks for 1125+ employees, working in 8+ process levels, 58 stores, covering 48+ states
