Overview: The Administrative Services position supports the daily operations of the Sales, Merchandising and Marketing departments. The primary purpose of the job is to provide assistance as necessary and keep updated information on products, customers, dealers, suppliers, etc.
Responsibilities: &bull; Supports VP of Merchandising by developing merchandising sheets, creating new product PowerPoints, new product set up and maintenance in AS400, and market proformas.<br />&bull; Supports Customer Service by resolving product issues<br />&bull; Supports Retail team by providing guidance on products, inventory, COV, RMS, etc.<br />&bull; Handles all website maintenance as needed. Handles all eCommerce sites and portals. Wayfair uploads, price promotions, pricing deductions, inventory alerts and image maintenance. Social Media (Instagram) posts.<br />&bull; Handles all samples and delivers them to their requested silo shots, pulling the orders through the EDI portals that<br />&bull; correspond with their projections.<br />&bull; Update FOB&rsquo;s costs and maintain PDU status in AS400 for all products. Updates to Core.<br />&bull; Track market samples, handle showroom samples orders and showroom market tags.<br /><br /><strong>SCOPE &amp; IMPACT:</strong><br />&bull; No budget or metric responsibilities at the current time.
