Overview: This position is responsible for the creation, verification and maintenance of data in the company's Bill of Material Systems for all product run in the company's manufacturing environments, ensuring that all inputs are correct and meet the needs of our manufacturing environments and service centers.
Responsibilities: &bull; Produces and maintains bill of materials for parts, assemblies, sub-assemblies, modular bills, planning styles, service zones and service styles to support the company's Manufacturing.<br />&bull; Reviews and verifies data creation to ensure accuracy and functionality of data inputs into the Bill of Materials systems.<br />&bull; Creates tables to enable proper electronic data that effectively produce the accurate output of textiles and leather materials for the final product.<br />&bull; Communicates with internal department sources and external to determine effective dates, processes changes and inventory controls.<br /><br />SCOPE &amp; IMPACT:<br />Working with the Company's Merchandising, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, International, Logistics, Procurement, Research and Development, Supply Centers, Production Facilities and Service Center's to ensure accuracy of data released for Engineering Changes and New Product Releases to provide end user with accurate, cost-efficient, producible data that supports the company to achieve accurate inventory and financial success.
Requirements: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:<br />&bull; High School Diploma or GED with 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.<br />&bull; Travel Required: 0%<br /><br />PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:<br />&bull; Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook<br />&bull; Knowledge of COPICS, Agile and E1 Operating Systems
