Overview: <p>What you&rsquo;ll do...</p> <p>These roles will provide administrative support to our team members by performing service requests for hardware and software. You will be installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading systems while enduring optimal performance.</p> <p>You will be using computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing, and Microsoft Office). Your ability to be accurate and focus on the details will be critical.</p> <p>These roles will include clerical positions such as Service Desk, Quality Assurance clerks, etc.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software related issues. Ability to interpret the symptom or issue being reported and diagnose the root cause.</li> <li>As assigned fulfill service requests for new or replacement hardware.</li> <li>Responsible for reviewing the accuracy of incidents received via the Service Desk and Self-Service assigned to the desktop group.</li> <li>Responsible for supporting business events. This includes planning and delivery of support at Business Update meetings and events hosted on-site in the Midwest region.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Perform tasks as assigned for Business Projects requiring desktop support for hardware and software deployments</li> <li>The ability to be accurate and focus on attention to detail will be critical.</li> </ul>
