Overview: <p><strong>What you&rsquo;ll do&hellip;</strong></p> <p>Communicate with groups and individuals to leads and organizes all materials activities in purchasing and distributing of raw materials, equipment, machinery, supplies to support the local, and logistics operations in the facility.&nbsp;</p> <p>Works in coordination with corporate materials management to assure that process and procedures are executed to support the facility&rsquo;s operating plan and product parts lifecycle are effectively managed.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>What you would be doing&hellip;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensures all safety and housekeeping expectations of the warehousing department are met including off sites</li> <li>Identifies, develops, and implements opportunities to drive down cost in labor and product while supporting a customer demand</li> <li>Ensures that all product required to cover customer demand is available at the time of need while keeping the inventory level in check to allow for efficient use of storage and maintain quality of product.</li> <li>Works with supply department managers and upcoming managers to ensure</li> <li>Maintains a high degree of inventory accuracy through RCCA analysis on</li> <li>Reports on all metrics associated with Supply Chain at the local level</li> <li>Provides forecasting data for finished goods</li> <li>Oversees inventory systems at the plant and off-site warehouse.</li> <li>Leads purchasing group including supplier scheduling, purchase orders, and supply performance.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications&hellip;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field with 4-6 years of experience including 3-5 years of supervisory/leadership experience or equivalent experience</li> <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and sustain output from the team</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, leadership, and team skills</li> <li>Travel Required: 10%</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications&hellip;</strong></p> <h3>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; APICS Certification</h3>
