Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Work in a team atmosphere</li> <li>Perform any position within the cell as needed</li> <li>Proper use of Kan Ban containers</li> <li>Upholster:</li> <li>Knock down all sharp corners of frame</li> <li>Use of staple gun to staple materials</li> <li>Use of hammer to insert tack strip, panels, etc</li> <li>Use of staple puller to retract improper staples</li> <li>Use of additional air tools to assemble components as necessary (drill, hog ring gun, hot glue gun, etc)</li> <li>Frame</li> <li>Use of frame gun to staple materials</li> <li>Proper glue and/or wax application per specification</li> <li>Use of additional air tools to assemble components as necessary (drill, crimping gun, chisel tool, etc)</li> <li>Use of glue scraper for proper clean up</li> <li>Trigger blue light to signal stocker for replenishment</li> <li>Cushion Process</li> <li>Validate unit cover to ticket in each batch</li> <li>Coordinate work flow in cell</li> <li>Insert stuffing materials into cover components</li> <li>Use of machine to seal and quilt</li> <li>Use of staple gun to staple materials</li> <li>Final Assembly</li> <li>Assemble components into completed unit</li> <li>Use of staple gun to staple materials</li> <li>Use of additional air tools to assemble components as necessary (drill, tack gun, etc)</li> <li>Oil mechanism as required by specification</li> <li>Scan ticket to show unit complete</li> <li>Packaging</li> <li>Use of staple gun to staple materials</li> <li>Use of additional air tools to assemble components as necessary (drill, frame gun, crimp gun, etc)</li> <li>Use of banding and up ender equipment</li> <li>Use of tape gun to properly secure packaging materials</li> <li>Apply ticket to finished package in proper location</li> <li>Move unit to alternate location as needed</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul>
