Overview: <ul> <li>You will call into medium to large sized organizations and introduce our software to finance, accounting and IT professionals in target accounts.</li> <li>Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, qualify opportunities and schedule demos for the sales team.&nbsp;</li> <li>We are looking for a strong team player with a proven track record of success in generating/driving new business using a combination of phone, email, and networking.</li> <li>Successful candidates will be comfortable and thrive on the phone to secure meetings for our Account Executives.</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>On-line and telephone research including competitive information and prospective customers</li> <li>Proactively prospect, qualify and grow leads making at least 75 outbound telephone calls per day</li> <li>Schedule qualified product demos for our sales team: between 10 and 15 each week</li> <li>Cultivate strong relationships and conduct needs assessments calls with prospects</li> <li>Data entry to ensure Salesforce.com and marketing automation platform are complete and up-to-date</li> <li>Meet and exceed monthly quota and any target put in front of you</li> <li>Work as a team player to improve lead quality, collaborate on best practices and maintain the company culture</li> <li>Take advantage of training programs and improve your skills in managing relationships with high-level decision makers</li> <li>Lead nurturing including emailing</li> <li>Trade-show logistics and support as required</li> <li>Support all aspects of lead generation programs from pre-program planning to data entry and post-program follow-up and tracking</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Proven sales experience with demonstrated history of surpassing your number</li> <li>Leadership mentality: Outgoing, passionate, strong work ethic, inspiring</li> <li>Experience making consultative level sales calls to executive-level audiences</li> <li>Proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of long-term relationships</li> <li>Excellent presentation, communication, and listening skills</li> <li>Highly disciplined individual with self-starter mentality</li> <li>Strong technical skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts in layman&rsquo;s terms</li> <li>Constantly look for new/better ways to achieve objectives</li> <li>Aptitude for measuring, analysis and reporting</li> <li>Ability to think on their feet and adapt quickly</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal skills</li> <li>Post secondary degree ideally in Business Administration or equivalent</li> </ul>
