Full-Time

Overview: <ul> <li>Process client referrals received from the State and screen them for accuracy.</li> <li>Monitor assigned inbox where referrals and other paperwork and requests is received.</li> <li>Transfer data from electronic formats into company&rsquo;s database system and update existing data.</li> <li>Adhere to privacy laws and uphold dignity of all clients, guests, and co-workers.</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Audit client paperwork according to state-required specifications.</li> <li>Request, receive, and file missing paperwork to insure complete file information.</li> <li>Provide phone support to service providers, clients, and field staff.</li> <li>Clearly communicate detailed information to multiple people.</li> <li>Upload and file information in the correct files per Lifeline standards.</li> <li>Monitor incoming paperwork and print/upload/file as needed.</li> <li>Assign field workers to cases.</li> <li>Request billing units to ensure continuation of services.</li> </ul>
