Overview: <br> As the Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for the ecommerce performance and presence of Little Burgundy. You will also manage any ecommerce implementation or optimization projects. To be successful in this role, you must possess strong management skills and the ability to multi task and prioritize. The ideal candidate should have strong analytic skills combined with the ability to summarize selling data into useable action items.<br/><br/>
Responsibilities: <br> <UL><LI>Manage and support the digital team in the accomplishment of their ongoing tasks, performance and projects delivery</LI><LI>Build the ecommerce calendar to support the quarterly business plan (promotions, product launches, product pushes) and achieve sales and GM $ target</LI><LI>Support ecommerce merchandising teams with product selection, merchandising optimization via searchindising activities, sequencing, categorization, SEO, etc.</LI><LI>Support digital marketing team in various initiatives such as online advertising and email campaigns optimization, in order to attend Kpis provided by Vice President of Marketing and ecommerce</LI><LI>Must develop an intimate knowledge of the OMS and Genesco ecosystem</LI><LI>Manage relationships and performance of third parties such as Email Provider Solution, Google, Online advertising agency, CRM, website platform provider, etc</LI><LI>Support digital team in photo studio management and ecommerce images delivery </LI><LI>Responsible to manage analytical tools to track success and improve ROI of digital marketing campaigns</LI><LI>Serve as project manager for implementation and optimization of ecommerce and digital projects </LI></UL>
Requirements: Experience and Skills You’ll Need to Have <UL><LI>Bachelor degree in ecommerce, communications, or marketing is a plus</LI><LI>Previous experience in a management role for a team of minimum 3 people</LI><LI>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ecommerce</LI><LI>Internet and computer literate a must</LI><LI>Bilingual French and English (written and spoken)</LI></UL>
